Audition Masséna Mobile Application

Audition Masséna offers a mobile application available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Data collected by the application The application may collect the following data, voluntarily entered by the user: first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, email address, information relating to hearing aids (brand, model, serial number, warranty dates), personal documents (prescriptions, invoices, medical reports).

Local storage All data entered in the application is stored exclusively on the user’s device (local storage). No data is transmitted to a remote server or shared with third parties.

Data deletion The user may delete their data at any time from within the application or by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the application results in the permanent deletion of all locally stored data.

Push notifications The application may send push notifications to the user (warranty expiry alerts). These notifications are managed locally on the device. The user may disable them at any time in their phone settings.

Permissions requested The application may request access to the camera and photo gallery, solely to allow the addition of documents. These permissions are used for this purpose only.

Modification
